The information here is general guidance about the hotel and Fira. The site does not quote room prices or availability: the rates, availability and conditions that apply to your stay are the ones the booking engine shows when you book.
Bookings
Bookings are made on our booking engine at umaraysuites.reserve-online.net, which WebHotelier runs for us, not on this website. Each booking is governed by the rates, booking terms and hotel policies shown there before you confirm. This website takes no payments.
The contact form
Use the contact form for questions to the hotel. Do not send unlawful, abusive or automated messages; the form refuses messages that look automated. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you send.
Content
The text, photographs and logo on this site belong to Uma Ray Suites or to those who licensed them to us. You are welcome to link to any page; please do not copy or reuse the content without our written permission.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we do not run, such as the booking engine and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
