Full refund up to fourteen days before arrival. Within fourteen, one night is retained; within seven, the full stay. We make exceptions for illness, quietly, without asking for proof.

Almost always yes. Vegan, celiac, halal, kosher: tell us a week before and we will have the house ready. The kitchen is small but flexible.
One spot per suite, quiet street, included. Cars are not often needed though, most of Fira is a short walk, and buses run well.
